We use our research to support manufacturers and retailers of FMCG and other goods in driving their business forward. We guide our clients through the entire product life cycle, from needs analysis and brainstorming to concept development, testing, and product and price evaluations. We collaborate with clients to shape their marketing strategies and communications, assisting in the creation of effective advertising campaigns. Together, we define target audiences, understand user habits, and develop impactful sales strategies. Our research incorporates both traditional qualitative and quantitative methods, along with innovative techniques such as online blogs, communities, and eye-tracking technology.

Ivana has been working in market research for more than 30 years – with a three-year break – and has spent half of that time at STEM/MARK. She specialises mainly in FMCG, consumables, and international research. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, photography, and appreciates fine wine.
