We have been conducting research in the banking, insurance, and non-bank financial sectors for many years. Our services, proven methodologies, and, most importantly, our extensive experience in this field allow us to respond flexibly to changes in the needs and demands of our clients.
We develop modern survey and analytical tools, enabling us to keep pace with the rapid development of financial products and services.

Among other things, we carry out research projects focused on:

  • Satisfaction, loyalty, and willingness to recommend products and services (both to the client’s customers and to competitors’ customers)
  • Pre- and post-tests of communication campaigns
  • Price sensitivity testing

  • Knowledge and testing of logos and symbols, including identifying related associations
  • Brand image (within the financial and overall market)
  • Online and offline testing of website traffic and visual quality (including online banking)
  • Monitoring the quality of distribution channels
  • Mystery shopping, mailing, and calling
  • Recruitment of respondents for internal testing
  • Measuring financial literacy of clients or the population
  • Tracking and longitudinal studies, including customised online reporting, which allows for different levels of access to results and other benefits

A significant part of financial research involves continuous and iterative projects, often based on large volumes of data. Such research requires flexibility, reliability, and mutual trust between the client and agency. We are pleased that our clients repeat such projects with us.

Jana Špolcová

Deputy CEO

Jana has gained experience in both field operations and production at STEM/MARK, and prior to her current role, she spent several years in client service. After working in pharma research, finance, and digital, she became a specialist in radio research, which she still focuses on. In both work and leisure, she is most often accompanied by black coffee and an even darker sense of humour.
